use it, it fixes some spells stuff, as you know every dragon age some spells or item effects dont work and they never fix it. But this patch will make it so character stamina/mana can go above 200. In the base game it is bugged. But with the patch it goes to 500. And it does other fixes.
Ihave not noticed much of a dif using it compared to the base game, but im sure it has helped. Any unofficial patch that is popular for any game you should use. It just fixes buggs.

What about Combat Roll/Coming Through fix? It does twice as much damage as advertised,

with some builds u can be OP regardless and this makes it more silly i pass, only bugs i notice are texture loading issues like skyhold sometimes there are no walls and so i see walls that are outside and don't know how much stamina/mana there should be
