Blade of Tidarion Schematic not dropping

So I recently did the "Stop war between" table mission, and have tresspasser in my game. Which should give me the Blade of Tidarion Schematic. but it's not giving me the schematic when i complete the table mission. It gives me the 100 influence. Which is the 2nd part of the reward (without tresspasser it would be 120 influence) and I've reloaded my save several times and just can't get this schematic. Is there any fix? Has anyone had this bug? I havn't found anyone else with this issue.

Blade of Tidarion is a STAFF ... You probably already knew that , but i spent ages trying to find the sword schematic ! .................................It is a good mid game staff !

I know it's a staff, it's not in any of my staff schematic lists. It doesn't pop up as a reward for doing the war table mission, and afterward it doesnt pop up in my list of staffs to create at the forge.
