But, May i ask how you play DAI offline?
*edit, i just picked up DAO and DAII, both launched with out issue. I wonder if it's because i already had them installed via origin? My DAO save files are not there though, but perhaps it i log into the launcher they will show up. My DA2 save only has the last one i played, not my other profiles. Again i did not log in through the game. I'm not going to bother, I'm just gonna add quins fix pack and start fresh. It's so odd some folks have zero issues and others have a hard time to get this working.
I've basically never played offline. Inquisition is the only game that could have had a problem due to modifications. Although it seems to me that the fault mainly lies in the synchronization of the games with the EA APP. But of course I could be wrong. As I described, I took several steps to solve the problem with disappearing dlc.
I'm really glad that I could help someone, especially since the release of the fourth part of the game is in a month.
