I already have the game in my library, just waiting to figure out his this works before I download it.
You can skip all that and just go to dragon age keep, manually build your world the way you remember it was based on your decisions and import that to Inquisition.
There's no cloud saving for origins and it won't be imported to Inquisition, the game imports from dragon age keep only.
It's no problem though. I downloaded Inquisition from steam for the first time, logged into my EA account, and all my saves are already there, so it's all good.
