DAI THE DECENT DLC OGRE GLITCH FIX (MINOR SPOILER WARNING)

After 3 reloads I finally got past the Ogre bug in the decent DLC.

For those unfamiliar with it. There is a bug that can trigger during a certain point in the quest where you have to take on two Ogres. Well. One of the Ogres randomly bugs out and gets stuck in the ceiling or wall.

Unfortunately EA never patched it and it can make you stuck. Common enemies will keep spawning and they are pretty tough even for my tank warrior build
( General Zod).

There are no mods on PC to fix this bug either at least from the hours I spent scouring the internet looking for help and I believe this bug is also present on Console.

SOLUTION:

This is what worked for me
#1 have Varric in your party and if/when said Ogre glitches out be ready to spend about 45 minutes dodging attacks from other enemies while trying to find that sweet spot for the cross hairs to pop up on said Ogre .

Eventually he will fall back down with enough shots then you can switch to a different person and unload on him.

If he glitches back out repeat step 1.

After 3 reloads I finally got past this frustrating bug.

Hope someone finds this helpful. I don't post in here very much. but if anyone is as frustrated with this bug as I was maybe this will be of use.
