Missing some DLCs

I have an issue where the game does not detect some dlcs. It doesn't detect Jaws of Hakkon, The Descent, Trespasser, Black Emporium, Spoils of the Avvar and qunari. These dlcs have a check mark on steam. I tried verifying and individually reinstalling all dlcs but nothing worked. I have played this game before with EA Play subscription and later bought the game. It worked fine with the subscription but when I try to load that save it says those DLCs are missing. I even started a new game to check if the game is alright and I can't select custom difficulty, there is no option. Since trespasser doesn't work there's no option. I contacted EA support but they couldn't help me.

I have no idea what might be the cause, but you might want to consider completely and thoroughly uninstalling the game and the EA App, and then scouring the registry for any stray bits before reinstalling.

I emphasize, i have no idea if this will help, and it is a bit brute-force. If anyone else has a better suggestion I defer to them. But certainly if I were having this issue I'd try this as a last resort if all else failed.

Like barzai is saying... there's probably an issue in your Windows Registry regarding the game... prolly cuz of having previously played it through the EA subscription. By uninstalling the EA client, deleting all the left behind EA / Electronic Arts folders, doing the same for the game, and then running a Registry Cleaner, you would wipe any bad references in the registry. Be sure to do a restart once the registry is clean. Download the latest EA client installer and do a fresh clean install of it. Also, be sure in your EA online account that you've linked it with Steam. After you've done all that, load steam and do a fresh install of the game and test. Copy your saves back when it's running correctly.
