In over 3000 hours of playing the game, I've never taken an inventory perk and I've almost never hit the 60-item limit. The only times it's happened is on long plot-related quests (e.g. recruit mages/templars) where you have no opportunity to RTB and clear your inventory. Even then it's been at most a couple items over, and I just throw away something cheap and useless, like low-level vitaar or helms.
The schematics are pretty worthless. It's a handful of Tier 2 schematics that you can do better just by shopping at the Black Emporium or the VR Schematics Merchant.
Eagle Eye is not that great. Anything that helps you harvest better is OK but certainly not a good choice when perks are at such a premium.
The big ones: Deft Hands (best before Skyhold but also very good if obtained by Crestwood), More Potions, True Grit (can't get that before claiming a keep though, so usually not before Crestwood), and Special Training. Oh, and the Knowledge perks. Massache's Method isn't bad if you need an experience boost. And the one where you gain XP retroactively for the creatures you've studied is nice, but there's no hurry.
So that's four really important ones and five medium important ones, none of which are the ones you've asked about.
1) The all perks that influence story (as in their descriptions) I have picked alredy.
2) Focus is inaccessible during battle with Envy, it become accessible far later in the game, after few difficult battles.
3) I thought to pick Eagle Eye just to not lost something in exploring, because I am trying to explore fully areas but they are vast so it is hard.
I have decided what I will do. I will save game, then I will pick Schematic perk and will see if schematics good or not, and if not — I will reload and then I have +3 free Inquisition points for perks, and it will be enought for Shoping perks + Focus + Egle + Inventory + Perk (+1 skillpoint).
He knows dude. He was just saying it helps in a hard fight, and mentioned a specific hard fight you where already familiar with saying it would have helped. You don't want spoilers so he can't mention specific fights coming up where you'll now be able to use it.
Eagle Eye is a waste, imo as you'll find everything by exploring anyway, which you say you're going to do. If you're super worried about missing something there are maps online.
P. S. I have checked Schematic perks - not impressive actually... Well schematics not bad, but to spend to it 3 perks, too much.
Thanks, dude. I dunno what's up with this guy: this is the third or fourth time I've tried to help him with an issue or a question, and every time he just waves off everything I've said.
So I'm done with him, and in fact I've blocked him: given how prolix he is, it means an awful lot of "Topic by a Blocked User" in my feed!
