Black Emporium DLC MIssing

Hi i recently bought this game and I just started playing. I really want to change my character's appearance and everywhere I went they said I needed this DLC. But the game of the year bundle I have only has: Jaws of Hakkon DLC Pack, The Descent DLC Pack and Trespasser DLC Pack. I've asked on Reddit too and they told me to check my EA app. Saw the Black Emporium there under "manage this game" but I can't find it on Steam.

Uninstalled and tried to install DAI through EA, didn't even have the option to it just said "manage in Steam". So right now I'm just really stuck.

If it's important my Steam is set to Australia.

There's a section on the Steam DAI homepage about DLCs. (EDIT: you can also access it by right-clicking on the game and choosing "Properties," the last entry of which is "DLC") When you click on "Manage my xx DLCs," does it show all 15 of them, iow is it "Manage my 15 DLCs?" And if so, is The Black Emporium among them? And if so, is it checked?

My apologies if you've already checked all these things, but your initial query does not make that altogether clear.

Thank you I just checked via your instructions, it's there but do you perhaps know why can't I find it in my game? Forums and Reddits told me I can see it on my map, but it's not there.

I should also have mentioned the next part, which is that you have to crack it open via a War Table op that becomes available once you crack open the Hinterlands--my apologies for the omission! :-)
