Report a translation problem
in the keep you can see there are lots of choices that effect the game, but honestly most are very small little things so if you don't know what you did you probably wouldn't notice the changes in the game anyway.
Things that make the biggest difference Who was the warden, who took over the kingdom, Who was hawk, there are a couple other bigger ones but honestly even those are fairly minor in the grande scheme of things. I'm not sure i would really worry about it to much.
Just pick the ones you remember and then do your best on the other stuff, it's basically what i've done a couple times.
That plus the little description they have over each option was enough for me to get most of them right I think. Still took hours though :(
Like you could kill off Leliana in Origins in your visit to Haven. Yet in Inquisition when asked apparently she knows she died but some magic happened and here she is.
So there are small snippets of extra dialogue for a character depending on your past history. Though most of your history doesn't really have much to do with Inquisition.
