minor bugs?

not sure if both of those are bugs-
but i noticed that tempest specialization "perk" flaskmaster seems to be bugged- the +1 potion of it at least. Every time i travel to and from skyhold sera loses the extra "potions" i make for her every time (funny enough ive not had that issue with belts however)
im assuming theres a mod out there that can fix this?

the other bug i noticed is to do with masterwork "upgrade"- not sure if the description is off or im doing something wrong bug the pieces that give "x" magic on kill dont seem to always trigger? (i made sure to get the kill and even had only the mage hit said enemy by making other party members stuck somewhere to ensure they get the kill and still it doesnt trigger)
is it a % chance on kill or am i doing something wrong? (assuming the purple lightning icon is the one that gives the buff it doesnt seem to show in attributes nor does it trigger every time)

couldnt really find anything about these that gave me the proper answer so anything would be appreciated
