Have you considered using the Frostbite Mod Manager instead? It does most of the same things and is well-supported. Also, many--not all--DAIMM mods can be loaded using Frosty, but the converse is not so.
Just some thoughts. As I said, I am aware that some DAIMM mods won't load with Frosty, but unless you're absolutely married to one of them, Frosty's the better choice.
(Ignore the DAI Tools Suite Loader as that's the same one on the nexus. You can get either the Full x64 or x32 versions from the other two download links.)

Like barzai says above though, you'll probably want to use the Frosty mod manager as it's newer and up-to-date.
Personally, I still use DAIMM as I prefer the way it loads mods as it's just a one time process of merging all your mods into a patch file that gets automatically loaded whenever you run the game normally through Steam.
The latest version of Frosty (v.1.0.6.1) is much improved in that regard. When you install it initially the installation is much longer as it's apparently provisioning the resource files from the game. Then there's a much shorter loading process for your mods the first time you play, and after that, it only does the whole loading process if you change your mods.
That's good to know!
I need to update Frosty. >.<
