Corrupted Astrarium?

I'm wandering around the Hinterlands and have found one of the Astrariums near the broken bridge, but the Star positions don't match the positions of the stars in the panel with the completed puzzle.

Has anyone else come across a similarly corrupted puzzle?
Has anybody got any idea what is wrong and more importantly, how to fix it?

I'm running off steam, I've verified the files. I'm running the community patch, I did try and back peddle to a state with no mods, but the game save wouldn't let me,

It is not corrupted, the game just misses to explain that you can scroll in the puzzle.

FWIW the Astrariums are "Bridges of Koenigsberg" topological puzzles. Each Astrarium has exactly two stars with an odd number of connections--it's usually three but there's a few with one and I believe one with either five or seven.

Short version: you have to start tracing the connections from one of these odd-number-of-connections stars and end at the other.

Keep in mind some constellations have extra stars that you don't need to use, they're like decoys.
