At this point i`m just going to pirate the game just to be able to play it, god i hate EA.
Uninstall the new EA app and use the old Origin one.
This is what happens the new EA app gives you a error when you try to lunch the game "Game already running" but its not its not even in the task manager so ofc steam app tells the EA to lunch the game again but EA things the game is already running, this keeps going on an infinite loop, the problem is this new stupid EA app dose not show you this error when you are trying to lunch with steam this only shows if you buy and use the thing on the EA app.
I installed the old origin and now it works just fine.
So, you went way overkill on that. The main issue is the EA client took over from the Origin client. And, it has a different directory structure along with different Windows Registry key settings than Origin did. So, all these games were meant to run using Origin. And, the registry paths can end up being wrong for people who have an older installation of Windows, the clients, and the games. Doing an uninstall / re-install later of a game can result in the wrong path data. Really, all you prolly needed to do was run a Registry Cleaner and clear the old registry data. But, since the EA client is problematic... it may of needed a removal of the game and ea client prior to the reg cleaning and then a fresh install of EA client and game. That's been the case for many with the EA games. In conclusion, you most likely didn't need to uninstall steam at the very least.
