Its funny because game-play is smooth and flawless. Its the cut-scenes that stutters and have low fps. Why is that. I played this game before in origin and had no problem.

that's it? lol because it is up to date and like I said its not the gpu since gameplay is smooth. its something that's causing the cut-scenes to stutter. But, I don't think you read my thread and are just trolling me.

ahh, its because the cut-scenes are caped to 30fps. I know how to fix it in origin but I have no idea how in steam. Because steam uses different shortcuts. Ill figure it out.

edit: I had vsync on. I dont like it on anyway so turning it off and fixed it.
