Hiedrun Thaig missing gear

I have run hiedrun Thaig level 3 times now once by my self and twice with a guide I've collected all the gears but im still missing 1. I'm stuck at 21/22. Anyone else have this trouble?

Nevermind found it, was in the forgotten caverns.
