A serious！bug or problem! Need some help!

well ,i play the Dragon Age with my keyboard, and when i use the healing potions i meet a great bug. After i use one the COLOR OF SHORTCUT KEY turns white into red which means i can't use any healing potions at all ! what can I do?????
What's more, it is useless for me to reading archive or delivering to the campsites!!!!!!!

all potions except the default healing potions requires you to craft them individually and have an inventory of them to be allowed to restock. Also you need to rest at campsites or touch the supply caches there or dotted around the map to restore potions.

Companions can also use potions, by default they will consume your regular healing potions automatically, and you only have 8 max that you can use between your party at the start of the game.
