Cutscenes still 30 fps?

As per the title. Last time I saw this game the cutscenes were hard locked at 30 fps and it was horrible to go from normal game play to conversation. Is it fixed? I get really sore eyes and on my old card it use to stutter.

Does this not break the game? I thought forcing the game to run at 60 makes things like multiplayer not work properly.

It's only for cutscenes, I don't play multi.

You don't need a mod, just put this line into launch options.

-GameTime.MaxSimFps 60 -GameTime.ForceSimRate 60+

i duno i like to screenshot moments in them when i do it turns to low fps but if i screenshot again (f12) then they go to good fps....

Be careful with this, though since it can cause some other problems. It shouldn't be enabled during character creation, because you will get stuck afterwards. It also causes an infinite loading screen at one point in the Trespasser DLC.
