1) The "Hold position" is not a mode but an orders, which is means its can be override by any other orders.
2) To make easy perform orders for group we can switch off AI for tank and/or warrior.
3) In the "Behaviour" section we can set up "Follow" one damage dealer to another, this is means for an example that two damage dealers will hit usually a single target.
4) And then the leading damage dealer may "Follow" tank or warrior to chose properly targets.
5) Double click on the ground in the "Tactical camera" mode is means "Move to the selected point and hold position!" — a very useful.
Enemies are noticably more bullet-spong(y?), and they have 2 types of armor bars.
As for AI management, it is also reduced A LOT compared previous 2 titles, too - now you can only nominally dictate what your party member can do.
At best you may only do some attack combo by switching characters quickly.
Without tactics and with my difficulty setting and useless protagonist (Nightmare, all Trials permanently on) — I have never defeat the Pride Demon in Prologue. When ranged companions and my useless protagonist engagin small enemies, the warrior with shield and sword holding the large one, 'kiting' only, because there is 'insta-kill' attack which hard to avoid, that can penetrate over 3k of barrier and left 10% of HP... "Challenge" skill is working good in game.
Tactical camera is a very useful thing (I have no idea how to play it without tactical camera), the only problem is that "Holding position" is not a mode of behaviour but an instant order that can be easily overridden by for an example "Attack" order, annoying... What idiot have managed to implement such stupid "Hold position" stuff...
