War table bug, fix with modding?

I made the mistake of doing Bulls chargers quest while Leliana was doing the ''Identify Venatori Agent'' war table mission. Now the quest went away and she is permanently locked as busy and unable to do any missions. I no longer have any saves pre-chargers quest and am already 35hrs into the game.
Is there a way to mod my save so get Leliana unstuck?
I have 0 experience modding so any help would be super welcome!

It is possible that if you install the mod "War table, no waiting" or something similar that it would unstick her, but I'm not sure the mod would touch a script already in progress.

However, if you just wait it out, she'll be available again in around 19 hours. You just need the timer on that very long war table operation she was on to finish ticking.

She only *seems* stuck because you can't *see* the little pulsing pole that shows you she's honestly still busy....on the "Identify Ventori Agent" mission.

Most people don't notice that this war table mission takes almost a DAY to complete (only a few missions have such long timers), but that's how it's "supposed" to work. The only bug/broken thing is the mission flag disappearing off the war table.
