*Spoilers* Arbor Wilds endgame?
Is the Arbor Wilds map basically Endgame? Not only does it show every ally I have picked up... if I remember correctly, Corypheus attacks immediately when you get back to Skyhold. That kinda renders the Spirit Rune you pick up useless, doesn't it?

I think YOU can pick the time to go for Corypheus, it's still a War Table mission, isn't it? So no, he doesn't attack immediately (he does from the storytelling perspective, but not from the gameplay perspective). If you still have some unfinished business, go for it and maybe use the rune, if you like.

Also the Tresspasser DLC is post Corypheus and most items do transfer over, perhaps that Spirit Rune might be among them.
The endgame is Tresspasser DLC

Besides fact Trsssspasser dlc is Horrible, and not to mention fact it a dlc means its added content and therefore not normal and more important end game.

I am 99% sure the End End game is after it you tell morrigan you ready to begin final battle (which you make happen after that mission), but otherwise ya would say it end enough with most story bits.

Just check wiki for more or to help you out this bit.

Note: Some quests become unavailable during or after completion of What Pride Had Wrought. It is advisable to complete either the quest Before the Dawn or Under Her Skin first, as they will become unavailable afterwards. The quest to complete depends on whether you sided with the mages or the templars, respectively. Likewise the Sutherland and Company Missing (operation) will fail to appear if triggered during or after completion of What Pride Had Wrought, rendering that quest chain incompletable.

Since "Before the Dawn" and "Under her skin" are prerequisities to make the fight with Samson, or Calperia easier, it's only fair, that regardless of their completion they are gone after this mision is done. It still doesn't mean, that every other mission will go away, does it?
So unless you specifically trigger the very last quest (that one were you face Corypheus) on the War Table, then you're free to do whatever you want, even some DLCs with the exception of Trespasser. So again, the question was about "What Pride had wrought" being endgame, no it isn't yet, since you still have stuff to so, if you haven't done everything. You could still do some resource/money gathering missions (no idea why, but the option is there) or side quests, fade rift closing in areas and other stuff, provided you left some for later (which would be best to collect now).

In another words "What Pride had Wrought" isn't point of no return, since you still have full access to every place in Skyhold including the War Room, the Undercroft and can still talk to the various people around for their opinions. You still have access to armor crafting, weapon crafting, armor and weapon upgrading tables, the party inventory chest and most areas through the War Table. You can craft that Spirit rune into your weapons, or armor and go trying it on some random enemies in Hinterlands, the Storm Coast, or anywhere. AFTER defeating Corypheus, you have limited access in the Skyhold, you're locked from any other room except your quarters, which will trigger a cutscene and the credits roll, that's proper ENDGAME. After beating the living crap of Corypheus, you can't do much anything, but going to sleep. So the mission just before going to deal with the main baddie isn't ENDGAME in no possible meaning of that word.

To the OP: I am just after "What Pride has Wrought" right now and you know what? Corypheus didn't attack yet. No new breach. Why's that I wonder? The characters finished talking in the War Table room, the game tossed me outside. I'm free to do whatever I want right now, I can go back into the War room, do whatever mission I left unfinished. Does that sound like "point of no return"? Does that sound like "endgame" to you? To me it definitely does not. I'm free to judge Samson. Or do some other things. Visit places, seal some rifts, if there are some left. So much stuff to do, before going to face Corypheus. First I have to see Morrigan, talk to her and her mother in the Fade, after we return Corypheus will open a new breach to lure me out. Then it would mean endgame. How did you get the idea, that Arbor Wilds is the endgame? Just because it's near the end of the main story? Just because there's only one final goal left? You have plenty of "time" before pursuing that goal, if there's something you've left out, it's still time to get to it, finish some business.

I can see why your Steam level is 0.

Is it? I see it being 7. Anyway what does my Steam level to do with what we're talking about?

Most people believe anyone under 30 is a troll.
Levianne Jul 21, 2021 @ 2:08pm
I can't see how I am a troll by correcting someone's opinion about what is or isn't the endgame? Just because my Steam level isn't high enough, my opinion doesn't matter or what? Do people really care that much about Steam levels? I've provided facts from the game itself, I'm just at that point, spoke with those NPCs, got tossed outside of the War room. And yet I'm obviously just a troll, because my level is low. Alright then. I'll leave you all at that.
