1 note the randomize enemies one that gives abilities, you 100% need dispel asap as even the 1st mages you encounter will mass Shield to point they will be invulnerable without it early on
(I still remember when I first used it and spent like 15minutes trying to kill 1st mage >_>)..
Even Ground
Walk Softly
Fair Weather Friends

Don't think I could ever go back to a vanilla playthrough, most of the rewards i think are pish, but the chance of getting certain fade touched materials is worth it imo, like fade touched nevarrite, gurn hide and lurker scales are some of the hardest to farm because the area they're located is large and can be time consuming and a pain to farm
Plus to many rather have same level long fights over being massively over leveled 1 shoting every enemy for 0 purpose.
behind and soloed after the ogres. So is this just the way it is or can i get a mod to fix this? Playing on hard, would like to try nightmare but not with these bozo's.
You can sort their behaviour in the Tactics screen, as well as potion usage.
For the harder parts, its always best to manage the party members for combo opportunities and placing. But melees will always charge, and you cant really manage it as much as in DAO when you can have specific skills and behaviours for party members
