Deft hands, fine tools perk

Am I missing out on anything interesting by not having this Inquisition perk? It seems I need it to finish Blackwall's quests in the fallow mire but other than that is it all just loot?

Yes pretty much. You wont miss any story or quest outcomes.

I remember the Blackwall item but not sure about bottles/mosaics. But I always get that perk as my 5th one ( dialogue options are prio no matter what) so I am kind of used on being able to open all the doors.

There are quite a few mosaic pieces and bottles behind them, one perk I would always suggest taking!

Thanks guys, ill pick it up next. Its my first play through and Im level 21. Just started the Frost Basin. Guess I'll go back and clean up everything before I head to the deep roads

Best thing you can miss perhaps the amulet of power for the Inquisitor in Crestwood.
