What pride has wrought ritual bug?

Anyone know about this one? I get kind of lost sometimes, and after I completed the three rituals to get the door to open to the Well of Sorrows, after Morrigan ways ok we did them all lets now see if the door will open, I got a bit lost trying to find the door and wandered around a bit. I finally found the door, but it won't open, saying I need to complete the rituals. When I visit the rituals, all three are lit up as if they are completed.

So ... I guess I have to load up an earlier save, and do this all over again?

Are you sure you solved them instead of leaving them lit but not 100% completed? Did you get approval shifts at the end from your companions?

Actually, I loaded up an autosave and did it again, and I think the problem is that I was on the wrong level and tried to open the wrong door. It is just weird, or confusing, that the message "complete the rituals first to open the door" would be given if trying to go back out the way you came in by mistake. :)

So you glitched into a wrong area or something?

I don't know exactly. I wandered around lost in that area for quite some time, and went to the door that was in the area marked by the "active quest" marker. But the door was not glowing, and when I try to open it, I just got the message I needed to do the rituals first. It makes sense, perhaps, that I just went to the wrong door.
