If it doesn't trigger, then the masterwork buff failed and you'll have to try crafting a new item again.
I'm crafting an armor with 280 Def, 38Fire/36Cold/16Melee resistance,
and a 10% increase to that is very very minor.. not a make or break proc.
the rare crafted items drops from the kill. So Dragon's Teeth that gives 40% chance
for mastercraft, has it's rng already decided when the teeth drops,
doesn't matter how many times you reload a save.
The only way to get a mastercraft is to save, use all lowend materials
and remember which round of crafting that was a successful mastercraft.
