FWIW seems to be bigger than the Steam page says; the Data folder alone is 24.2 GB, the Update folder (all the DLC and stuff) is 16.8 GB. In total with all bits and pieces is 42.2 GB.

Its a gigantic game with at least 100 hours of content. A game this old over 40 GB with not even hi def graphics and cutscenes is very large.
