Cutscenes Stutter and Skipping

I have a weird issue with the cutscenes, its like the video files are corrupted, the opening start menu and story cutscenes all skip and stutter. I do have all the graphic settings rapped out but Im on a 12900k with 64Gb @6400MHZ, and a RTX 4080.... my PC plays the game perfect, it is just the cutscenes that skip. Its bad like 12 or 13 fps for cutscenes.

My PC RTX 3050 has had this problem for a long time. EA has no plans to fix it.Stupid Game

try borderless mode, some one said it fix the intro stutter well that trick kinda fix mine

I am experiencing stuttering during both game-play and cut scenes. 9800x3D with an 240mm AIO and RTX 4080 Super in a Fractal North case. It is running a 34" Ultrawide OLED 1440p 175hz Monitor. I am thermal throttling and getting stutters. I saw a comment about playing in border-less vs full screen. Haven't seen much of a difference. This game is more demanding than Cyberpunk, Indiana Jones, or Red Dead Redemption 2.

Same problem here, cutscene and audio are not working properly and are out of sinc, no solution so far…

The start video and cutscenes lag, although the FPS in the game itself is normal.
I tried all the advice: clean reinstalling drivers, disabling optimization in full-screen mode, reducing the quality of graphics in the game settings, borderless mode, disabling all overlays.
Unfortunately, this did not give any results :(
Apparently this is a problem with the game itself or the game is not optimized for the 30 and 40 series. It is very annoying when you buy a game from a famous company, and it does not work normally.

Right now the problem is still here…if i can give some suggestions it seems that every cutscene where there is our character, load “normally” without any problem (before a race or the first time you get inside the garage/talk with the crew) although when you need to load cutscenes, for example the one of the news and there isn’t your character on screen it became laggy and the audio goes crazy and out of synchro, in the same moment your character appears on screen it start to load normal again without problems
