NFS Heat crashing?

NFS Heat crashes constantly. Mostly during loading screens when you're going out of a garage, or during the results of a day race.
I've figured out it's due to DirectX or my drivers, as when it crashes, it'll swap between "DXGI error device removed" or "DXGI_error_device_hung". Both say its either my drivers, or my graphics card has been removed. Is there any way to fix this?
I've also learned it doesn't crash on an RTX 30 series card. I had my friend borrow the game and it worked just fine.
I have an RTX 2060s and a Ryzen 5 2400g, with my nvidia drivers being completely updated.

Please lmk if you got any leads on it

I guess you could say that? I ended up replacing that card with a 3060, now nfs heat hasn't crashed a single time. I honest to God think it's the 2060 card itself, as I haven't had any of its issues with any other card I've owned.
