Party&Invite

i cant invite my friend to party how to fix this?

I'm not sure if this will help or not but, i just bought the game earlier today and i was unable to invite or accept an invite until i completed the first single player mission (i think its called "make a name" ) after the race i went back to the garage/safehouse then i was able to join a party. I hope this helped.

i already do all the main story and REP 50,i also found how to fix the party invite & 0 friend in game

oh my... im sorry i wasted your time... like i said im new, i didnt know any better. i have 1 friend in game.. if you want to play i could try inviting you through steam or ea friends.
