So recently for some reason i felt like coming back to NFS Heat to do a 100% completion. So far doing good and only need 3 achievements. BUTTTT, for some reason i can not unlock the "Max Crew Level". I've been level 50 for.. ♥♥♥♥ literally years. Yet it is still locked. Is there something screwed up on the steam end or what? Anyone else having these issues?

Or am I misunderstanding something? Do I have to be in a crew with other players that are also lvl 50? Because ive always played solo.

The crew has to be level 50. That's not the same as your reputation.
For example: My reputation is 50, but my crew is only level 46. I need to improve my crew level by 4 to get the achievement.

@HighMile: As Heyerdahl wrote, a player's and a crew's reputation levels are two different things.

To be more precise, and I quote from https://nfs.fandom.com/wiki/Need_for_Speed:_Heat/Reputation,
"Crew Rep is earned alongside the player's own reputation and is accumulated from all members of the crew. As players earn reputation for their crew, they will unlock reward multipliers every five levels and the opportunity to purchase the Ferrari FXX-K Evo '18 upon their crew reaching Level 50. Players will lose their Crew Rep level and any unlocked bonuses if they leave a Crew, although joining a Crew will place the player at that Crew's Crew Rep level and activate any of their unlocked bonuses."

Therefore, the easiest way to get the "All For One" achievement that you are still missing is by joining a crew that has already reached Crew Rep Level 50 (for example, see this discussion: https://steamcommunity.com/app/1222680/discussions/0/3763355214785463538/).

Alternatively, if you would prefer to earn such an achievement but cannot find any crew with active members to share the challenge, please consider joining my crew, Edel Crew. I created it last Monday, March 25, and I have already reached Crew Rep Level 35 all by myself, but any help would be much appreciated.

Thank you for the help and offer. I didn't even know there was such a thing. I just loaded up my nfs file and checked and found out my crew is level 45. so if you want maybe you could join mine just because its higher hehe

Thank you HighMile, but I have already reached Crew Rep Level 40 in the meantime. At this point, I much prefer to keep my crew alive : )

Fair. Once I checked mine again I noticed everyone has been offline since 2021 so safe to say mine is dead haha
