Paint/Wrap/Decals Not Working

Hey so like I'm going into game ans every time I do and go to change my decals/wrap on a car It wont load the items just stuck there with "retrieving custom wraps" message and I cant edit anything paint wise on my cars how do i fix this?!?

got the same issue, haven't been able to fix it either

log out of the EA app and log back in, then launch the game
this worked for me
