I can't make custom decals with Frosty Editor

Good afternoon, I have this question:
I just bought this game some days ago during the sale, the thing is that one of the things I enjoy the most about these games is making Itasha cars with my own decals drawn by myself, I already successfully do it in NFS Hot Pursuit, and the tutorials in YouTube and the steps to follow are much harder for that one, the steps with Frosty seem much simpler and automatized, and yet I can't replace the game's decals with my own images, the images just don't change at all, I had some difficult with Hot Pursuit at first too, but at least the images would show up mixed/merged one over the other there, but here in Heat not even that is happening.

I think I followed all the steps correctly, First I tried only replacing country flags in order to have a standarized size for all images same as I did with Hot Pursuit, and then I tried with the Bee image that is on the top of the list, (the one they used as an example in a YT tutorial) but nothing is working.

This is the most important part: I think I have seen some comments here and there mentioning that this is apparently happening to everyone lately, possibly due to an update, is this true? because like I said, I just got this game some four or five days ago, so I don't know if they suddenly stopped working.

Only certain decals can be replaced. If they showed the exact same decal being replaced in the YT tutorial it should work in your game as well, but generally Frosty is pretty bad with this game and it'll only be able to replace a small portion of the decals. Just keep testing to see which decals work and which don't. Maybe an update did mess it up, in that case you'd have to wait for the program to be updated.

I Used the same decal from the tutorial, the first of the list, a bee logo, and it didn't work, I guess I will have to wait for an update, maybe it is the same as with GTA V mods, thank you for your answer :3
