High CPU Usage and Stuttering
Its goes around the high 90s and even going to 100% CPU usage, and there stuttering. I'm running a AMD 5600x CPU.

Yea the CPU usage is unusually high. I turned down the graphics from Ultra to High which seems to help. also turned off some features which I'll have to double check later

This game has a Bad optimization. Try set the Visual settings to Automatic and disable V-sync in game. This video may help you: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hoA3uy7o7nk

I don't know if this user config really improv something or it's just a ''placebo'' but you can try.

I'm not sure if it helps but you can try this too :

Would to buy this game , but i read evrywhere that this product is overheating the CPU. Is it right? I don't would to burn my processor due to a poor optimization :br_sad:

Have had no problems with a computer from 2015, should be ok for most people to play this game.

This should depend on the CPU. In my case my usage is almost always at 100% but the temperature never went above 65.

If you don't mind, you can buy the game and monitor it for a while. If your CPU temperature gets too high, ask for a refund. The only thing I recommend is to leave the graphics of this game on automatic, there is almost no difference between low and ultra here.

kinda strange but after i changed the batteries in my controller all my performance issues went away, probs just a coincidence but still might as well try it.

i got a 3900x and use around 60%. if i didnt have those extra cores i would be using 100% as well, i would try lowering the graphic settings if i were you.

I just tested my 3800xt during race with cop chase I use maximum of 59% and 59 C temp. You guys must be on laptops. That was in a 200mph lambo too, so driving fast.
Everything over clocked, air cooled, but lots of fans, 6 -140mm and 3 -120mm fans total case and cpu cooler. Cpu runs at 4.47mhz all 16 threads, ram at 3733, inf fabric 1866.
I built my PC.
How does a 3900x use 60%? You must be running 4k or something, I'm at 1080p. Also capped 60fps. Uncapped fps is hard on everything.

i9-7900x and 3080 ti and my game after I hit enter shuts off all 3 of my monitors to no signal and my fan speeds in my pc jump to 100% I have to force shut down, this game played fine on my 1080 ti like a year ago. it was also working fine when I first booted it up but I deleted my save file to start over and thats when the problem started

running 3440x1440 and uncapped. honestly i'm baffled it used that much usually i never use more than 15% in most games i play. if i ran 1080p 16:9 then it would run much better but 60% usage isnt an issue, using 100% on the other hand is.

well I tried to boot this game up 1 more time to see if it would work and it fried my 3080 ti. one of the power 8 pin power connectors on the video card itself must of fried my pc wouldnt turn on with it connected. be careful here :(

I have basically the same problem. Using a Ryzen 9 5900X with a 360mm AiO from MSI, RTX 3070 Ti in a fully ventilated case. Resolution 3440x1440 with Vsync (144 Hz) and High Settings. Getting about 95 to 105 fps.
When i start the game the CPU usage is at 100%, ingame it´s about 50% but the temperature rises up to 85°C. Not even Star Citizen is killing my cpu like this game. GPU temps around 67°C with nearly 100% fan speed.

LOL, you guys are in serious trouble. I updated my SETUP recently, but I have almost 400h of this game played on an i3-8100 and a GTX 1060 6GB, GPU and CPU were almost always between 90% and 100% but my i3 temperature never went above 60/ 65 and the GPU never above 70/75.
yep I got this game on amazonrprime and I noticed the high usage of cpu especially when it is loading I've just found this https://github.com/Octanium91/NFS_Heat_CPU_Load_FIX I recommend to you guys is to use msi afterburner to see the temperatures good luck everybody (my cpu is an i5 8600k overclocked to 4,7gh at 1.216vcore, yeah my overclock is really safe when it's 100% get only 69/70c degrees peak)
