Unable to save game

I just downloaded the game a few days ago, and the game will always restart at the beginning (at Terms & Conditions). Here's what I've tried to fix the issue to no avail:

- Go offline in Origin
- Turn off controlled folder access in ransomware protection
- Uninstall the game and reinstall on both C and D drives
- Change the save location path in Origin, uninstalled the game, reinstalled (both drives)

What I think may be the issue is that there is no "Save Game" folder found in the NFS docs. I thought the issue would be fixed by uninstalling/reinstalling, then restarting my PC. Can't find it in the Program Files (x86) folder nor the steamapps folder, unfortunately. I would appreciate any advice, just wanna race :(

YO I think I've found a solution, at least this worked for me.

- Go to Steam > Library > NFS
- Right click NFS > Properties > Local Files (this shows which drive the game is on, if it's not installed on your local drive, select Move Install Folder)
- Open up your files > right click on Local Disk > Properties > Security
- Make sure Authenticated Users, SYSTEM, and Administrators have full permissions. If you've found boxes are unchecked, select Edit > Allow (select all) > Apply > OK
- This should have made the NFS Heat folder in your local Documents folder
- I dunno if this was necessary, but I repeated the same steps to allow permissions for the NFS Heat folder and the game file itself

我看 windows defender 有將 NFS HEAT 列入保護封鎖，或許應該解開它.
I see windows defender has blocked NFS HEAT, maybe it should be unlocked.

YO I think I've found a solution, at least this worked for me.

- Go to Steam > Library > NFS

still cant work bruh i move nfs to window c: which is my local disk and give full control on window c: on authenicated users, system and administrator and it will still bring me to the term of condition ♥♥♥♥

we already said we tryed it and i found out that every game in origin always make me restart it maybe its origin
