How can I play offline (Mods)

I tried two different mods via mod manager (Frosty).
I launched the game and both mods are not working.
I saw few comments that mods can´t work with steam version OR while online.

My question is now, how can I play SP in offline mode?

Mods work fine with steam version. When you enter the game choose Solo instead of Online and you should be good to go. If a mod doesn't work it might be the load order or the mod is broken.

I started the game in soloplayer, both mods doesn´t work.
I picked the game, add the mod + key and launched the game via Frosty.

I tried these mods:

Infinite Health.

And this one.

Maybe I missed something but I just add a mod + key, nothing else right?

And I´ve no other mods.
Im looking for a mod which removes health bar.

I just tried the Infinite health mod and it worked so I'm not sure why it's not working for you. Are you sure the mods are activated? Just adding them to Frosty is not enough, you have to activate them as well using the Apply Mod(s) button or by double clicking on the mod.

I found my mistake.
I was added it, but I thought the health bar would be gone like the 2nd link.

Works for me in offline SP now, I´ll check it later if this works while I´m online.
