Try extracting these files into your game folder, just paste them in:
https://www.mediafire .com/file/dgsoa64ufqutb7f/NFSH_NoSharpGrain.rar/file
the game has some weird visual effects, this mod removes them
You can fix that too
1 Go to: C:\Users\*your user*\Documents\Need for Speed Heat\settings
2 And edit: PROFILEOPTIONS_profile with a notepad++
3 Look for the line: stRender.Brightness 0.500000
4 And change it to: stRender.Brightness 0.300000 (or whatever value you choose, 0.250000 you can try too)
Hope that helps.
