Save data lost?

I haven't played this game in a few months, and now that I have loaded it back up, the save data is just gone. It is starting me from square one. Is there a way to recover this data? Or am I just out the 11 hours I had..

maybe your game was failed to connect into EA App. so it's failed to recover data too

so the savegame date is stored on a local file within your system. so if you lose it its gone. the only way to get it back is to have a backup on your pc else your out of luck
