The game is laggy, dosen't exceed 30fps
Hi, my game is very laggy and it seems that I never or very rarely exceed 30fps.
I don't think my PC is the problem here as use an RTX 3080 and i5 9600k.

I've already tried pretty much everything I could find like creating the user.cfg file or tweaking the nvidia control panel.

Are you running on 4K? You've got a pretty beefy specs so I would think it can run it well even on 4K?
For me my settings are as follows runs 60fps smoothly, and I'm on a 1070ti, and Ryzen 3600.

Resolution 1440p
Vsync on
HDR off
Resol 100%
Motion Blur off
Texture Ultra
Shadow Ultra
Texture Filtering High
Ambient Occlusion SSAO
Effects Ultra
Geometry Ultra
AA TAA
Terain Ultra
Vegetation High
Post Processing Ultra
Reflection High
Depth of Field Medium
Lighting Ultra

Try it and you should get decent fps and then you increase the settings from there.
