This game is unplayable

I wanted to restart this game, I went to my documents folder, went to the NFS Heat folder, I deleted the save game and deleted the settings folder. I chose local data instead of cloud data as it suggested on Google but the game is unplayable.

I'm stuck in the garage incapable of working on the vehicle in any manner be it performance, change its appearance or leaving the garage. I uninstalled the game and reinstalled it but I'm stuck in the exact same issue.

Is there any way to make the game playable? Any advice would be appreciated.
