Hmm. That's odd. I reinstalled my NFS Heat today and as i play the game, i can continue from where i left progress. Try verifying the game files integrity. If still no luck, try contacting support.

this game does not support cloud, go to the store page, its not listed. I don't think it supports Origin cloud saves either, I just built a new PC and I could not pick up where I left off

Try copying and pasting the Need for Speed Heat folder from my documents to your new PC.

Yes, I'm having a similar problem, the game created the "Need for Speed Heat" folder with "SaveGame" not on "My Documents" as supposed to, but directly on (C:), and does not create the subfolder "savegame" to save the files, even if I move to my documents, everttime i open the game. it repeats the whole process again, empty and in the wrong folder

i have tired to reinstall the game and find the game save folder via steam and origin, but i could only find the game files folder

Please try moving/copying your origin cloud saves. Open RUN>%appdata%>Origin Folder. Be careful on the AppData folder. Deleting files there will make the program unuasble. Let me know if it works.
