Attempt to save customization failed

Every time I change my paint or anything, I get this. Is there a fix? I got the steam version, but I also turned origin cloud saving off. Still doesn't work.

Yeah i fixed it by deleting the save file so it would resync with the cloud.
I do not have the game installed anymore so i can not check what the files where called.
There should be a topic on here that explains how to fix it.

From what I have investigated, this problem is old and EA has not fixed the problem. Yesterday I also had the problem and did not find a solution in the official forums.

Well I'm dealing with the same problem. First time trying few times helped, but now I'm stuck trying to customize my Challenger. It's frustrating to see that the same problem lasts for 2 years and EA isn't able to fix it...
