Forza 4's soundtrack is more impressive, as it offers several different genre-based radio options.
Forza Horizon 4 is still my top pick and a way better option
It is 100% worth the price right now and a great time while it lasts but that is the key.
Forza 4 lasts alot longer and while I would agree with the OP in a tit for tat sense the fact is Forza 4 has ALOT more to offer because I could still play it now and do new things but that is not the case with HEAT.
It is a shame because HEAT really is a total ♥♥♥♥♥♥ blast to play. Stick some Motley Crue on and burn some rubber!

Forza Horizon 4 is a different kind of Arcade racer and I don't think it is fair to really compare the two games in terms of saying one is more better over the other in my opinion.
and of course the graphics as well, I'm not talking about general graphics, I'm talking about the cars I own, specially the headlights it's way better on NFS, however I think the world looks more realistic on forza specially the shadows on forza are way better than NFS.
But again, games are all about fun, and that's why NFS is way better, because only kids who don't have a driving license, do care about sim driving games.
NFS has published a video of how likely the next game will look like, and the graphics look absolutely nuts!
The comments in this thread helped me clarify things a little. I guess I'm more of an arcade person than I though. However, I like the way F1 20XX cars handle, all the way back to 2010/1/2 and now with 2018, even it being not very forging at all (looking at you 2010). Is F1 a sim or an arcade?
Cheers!
And forza 5 bangs.
