High Cpu usage
I am getting 100% of my i7 4790k usage. I tried this method with creating user.cfg but this didn' work

The game uses a lot of CPU, so it means your CPU is the bottleneck and not the GPU as usual.
With an i5 8600k, my usage is around 70%. More when there's chases and lots of cars.

Managed to fix my problem using this:

Going between 40-70% usage now

thanks that worked!

im on a 3900x, cpu usage was 70 % before, now its 25-30
i'm playing capped at 60 frames at 3440x1440

Hate EA only for high cpu usage? lol .....

on my ryzen 9 5950x cpu usage is between 25 ~ 35% . not bad at all

i was getting upto 85-88 temp and same CPU usage

this helped . now max temps are 75-78 and cpu load dropped down to 20-75%
