I disagree, I think conversation simulation is a core aspect of Sims as a franchise and was held back by cost of ressources to implement conversation voice-over.
Its still somewhat voiced but repeats its Simmerish through new dialogue options by expansions, this cost and willingness to display romantic dialogue could be offered by AI voice over. Romances are also a very important aspect of Sims and life simulators in general.
Many players play Sims games for exploring these aspects.

So there are no card interaction in Sims 4? You misread my comment, Im not asking about multiplayer, I have no interest in multiplayer myself.
Im a solo player but I want to have AI companions. What I was asking for is being able to play video games with other Sims, both sit down next to each other and play on PC or console and build up their relationship as friends or lovers depending on the genre they play.
I have no interest in playing Animal Crossing as I only play with humanoid characters.

If I am not mistaken only 1% of the U.S population is transgender and an even smaller percentage of them will have expensive surgeries in the transition process.
