my game also won't start. Tried everything. From restarting the app, restarting the pc, to uninstall mods, uninstall and reinstall the game...

at first i had issues after i updated the game, so i patiently waited for an hour and trying to launch the ea app and game again and now it works fine. Probably just some server issues.

Its not showing the update on my end

delete the game and download it again it work im now trying with cc let you guys know if it works

Mine is working now. I’m actually shocked ea gave us an update like this.

all of my stuff and mods have been removed

guys it working for me after i delete the game and download it keep in maid to move your cc, save, and tray to a new folder so it won't get deleted

It's working again but I didn't see any hotfix in my downloadings. Probably server issues indeed. I can't wait to discover this new update!!

hope there will be a real half-blood baby between occult sims and humans (such as vampire-human, some will act as vampire but with higher tolerance of sunlight, or act as human but with faster restoration of energy, and can sleep in a coffin, etc....)

Great... An update that ties to something else i could care less about, and patches for things that should of BEEN patched a long time ago. I'm surprised this update wasn't in an of those "Expansion Packs" you guys overprice for a game nearly 10 years old...

Give it some time. The servers are going insane because of everyone installing the update at once.
