Hypothyroidism, certain medications, and Cushing's syndrome are medical conditions also known to cause obesity. Laziness and overeating are not the only causes for weight gain. Sometimes weight gain under some circumstances may be unintentional making it a medical condition.

Only positive thing i can say is, the clothing kits seem like a good idea for console players who can't install or access CC

However these packs/kits/expansions get expensive for a lot of what Use to be base game sh¡t (And that's only 1 part of the larger tragedy with this game)
