ALWAYS use a USB stick and back up your saves and tray folders, if you want the mods folder as well, but back it all up and keep it safe in case of this type of situation. if you put in hundreds of hours of effort and lost it all, that would really get you down and enough to back out from the game and move on.

i can not suggest how strongly i can to back up your stuff. a common misconception with users on TS4 is that they believe their content will be saved to a cloud, but there is no such thing and every one of these users takes it for granted.

Good news. They weren't in my documents like other games but i just found them from Onedrive app. it didn't give them but i copied saves from it and pasted it to ea saves on my documents they were empty started yesterday but i got them added. Now on i copy them to usb stick for sure. I don't know why app is so difficult.

It’s not EA APP which cause you this trouble is OneDrive. Please somebody explain it to him/her.

OMG Yes! I didn't know that there was no cloud save feature, but luckily, I still got all my save data and stuff (because I haven't gotten rid of the game.) After reading, I plugged in my 32GB USB Stick and made copies of the save data and tray data (and the mods too!) That way, If I stop gaming on this laptop and build my own PC with S Tier specs, I'll still have all of my progress!
