I have this issue with the game where i have a single tenant in the For Rent DLC of where my tenant has an issue with their house I would come and fix it but instead of saying I fix the issue it says nobody attempted to fix the issue at first i thought this was a bug but it just keeps doing over and over. Can someone help me with this.

It’s a bug. The events don’t work right. I don’t think there is a mod which fix that but there is a mod which disable these events: https://www.curseforge.com/sims4/mods/no-property-owner-events (The toggle ingame only works as tenant; not as landlord)

i have the same problem, sometimes when i fix the issue says that the people fixed it themselves or i ignored the problem but never succed :v. Is there a solution?

Same problem, like Xeriath said, never found a fix. So I just dont touch that, when I did I just tried to solve stuff remotely through the phone.
