I was going to edit my comment, but on page one it mentions "Feb 9th, 2024 - COMPROMISED mod found on LoversLab". Wicked Whims is not specifically mentioned anywhere as being infected. If you go to the official WickedWhims website for downloading/updating it should still be safe. (Edit) Lover's4Lab I think is a different mod than WickedWhims if I am not mistaken or at the very least an optional script mod.
your thread is hard to find, thus I had to use my browser history instead.
While I have never downloaded Wicked Whims the other link (as mentioned earlier from my other comment with the wicked whim mod official website) should be safe for downloading. There probably are some people as well who still play this mod without any issues with viruses. Lovers Lab website does however include more than only just The Sims 4.
TurboDriver's WW mod should be downloaded directly off TD's main WW website.
Mod Guard is advised.

Thanks for that info, but this thread is old.
OH NOOO
I would suggest to check all mods on "Scarlet's Realm" (not supplying a link - just google it). There is a huge database with links to the mod creator + info whether this mod is still compatible.
Further on it might be a good idea to check in on Discord in "Sims after Dark" or "Deaderpool" (MCCC creator) to stay up2date. They also post warnings if malicious or hacked mods are found (just got a new warning a few hours ago).
<last paragraph deleted to stay within the rulez>
Have a nice day.
1. EA have never frequented these forums, so in that sense any rules they bring over doesn't matter.
2. Without visible EA moderation, there is nothing to uphold said rules.
3. The game is marketed as T/12+ Rated but UGC content isn't and EA make it completely clear in the game they don't have any support for it. In that sense they can't put rules on something they don't have any support for.
4. As long and the comments are constructive aren't too rude, objectionable or vulgar but within the rules, it should pass without any moderation needed. You can discuss the subject, just keep the graphic details to a minimum or none at all. you can still explain mechanics or details about the mod and respond to requests for help from other users.
