My game won't Launch

My game is doing the same thing everyone is doing everyone else is, I click start and babe doesn't start it says launching but it isn't. I downloaded it from Steam and since I'm playing it on a Chromebook I don't have the ea app so all the tutorials I keep finding don't help. I have no clue what to do :((5
