Don't know how I would play without these mods, makes for great gaming I must admit.
100% there are really shady people playing this game and support C* and B*stiality content, and Steam choose to close it's eyes. :)
now ive gotta check out tragedies and extreme violence
- The creator of Wicked Whims/Wonderful Whims HATES it when other modders use their mod to create kiddie & animal 'stuff', and banned certain modders in the past for using their mod coding
- EA will perma ban anyone the second they detect that the player uses kiddie & animal 'stuff' in their Sims games
- If you don't want to use WW, there are enough other options for realistic gameplay
Hope this helps for anyone that was wondering. :>
This is another mod I had no idea existed.
I found out recently they do not conflict because of a patch that makes them compatible with each other, but number 1 just like it is not practical to add the no mosaic blur mod at the same time as Wicked Whims, because both remove the nudity censor (although, the no mosaic blur mod could be more practical for Wonderful Whims than Wicked Whims as I had mentioned earlier), the same is also true for adding both Wicked Whims and Wonderful Whims since they are both large mods and Wonderful Whims has many of the same things as Wicked Whims but not as much controversial stuff that you can only find from Wicked Whims. If you want the more controversial adult content then I would recommend you only get Wicked Whims instead of Wonderful Whims or at least not use both mods at the same time usually.
Number 2, I have never actually used Wicked Whims or even Wonderful Whims, but I have seen online videos about both mods and have seen Wonderful Whims available from Curse Forge which was how I found out that it possibly could be more popular than even the MCCC mod. You can experiment with both mods for yourself if you want, but you should not be surprised if you find out that Wonderful Whims has many of the same things as Wicked Whims but with less controversial stuff (which is not limited to only just a removal of censored nudity) that is more intended for adults.
Number 3, Wicked Whims can be added to Curse Forge (which I would recommend including Overwolf as well if you download Curse Forge which the option to download both at the same time is optional but recommended since they both now relate to The Sims 4 as of recent), but not for making automatic updates contrary to Wonderful Whims because of Wicked Whims being an adult mod. Also, for anyone who decides to download Curse Forge by installing it a pop up appears that wants to know if you only want to add Curse Forge or Overwolf or want to add both Curse Forge and Overwolf (that do not conflict with each other), which for my case I added both. Curse Forge is used for adding mods for automatic updates (except for small mods that do not require updates and adult mods) and Overwolf is used for something else.
You can post links here and those would be accepted because they're within the guidelines. You'd be sharing information about this discussion. I'd be interested to see those statements and articles. It would be nice to know for sure they're trying to do something about immoral content instead of just throwing their hands in the air and allowing it.
The mod sites obviously allow it because the kind of mods in question are available on them. Those mod sites shouldn't allow that kind of content to be posted in my opinion. The people who own and manage the mod sites surely have access to hide and delete things that aren't appropriate or relevant.
